I am a college graduate taking up Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting at the La Salle University in Ozamis City, Philippines.I have been in Accounting works for more than 15 years. I obtain also a short course for housekeeping and having been undergo on-job training at The Maxwell Hotel here in our country Philippines. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me formal education is very valuable, I consider it as a greatest achievement of my life. It's been hard to go to college especially if your parents are poor but poverty is not a hindrance to success I strived hard to aim my ambition in life to finished college. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is very cool way because aside from having new friends you have also learn things which you don't know yet like working from other countries is very fulfilling. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone, well i can say it's good because nobody will disturb you but we cannot live by bread alone we need someone to share also. What was your worst working experience? On my first day working in Doughit Inc. I find it not easy to do all the task given to me i think its not worst but i find it hard because everyday i have to go out and deposit daily sales go to branch to check our personnel travel to go to one of the owner for check signatures. etc. but its a plus because I've learned a lot. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Being friendly, work hard, be honest and sharing thoughts and ideas to others i think this could be the most important way. What unique skills do you have? Housekeeping What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in an office as an accountant What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Being an Accounting graduate and having working for more than 15 years I think this could be very interesting on my field because i practice it until now. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Housekeeping. I studied this course for 3 months and having on-job training for 480 hours.
