Formal education or skills and why? On the first place is professional training because is not done overnight {it takes time:5 years, faculty -for example} , and because it requires involvement. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is less me and more we. When we share a common direction we can get where we are going more quickly because we are going on the energy of one another. Describe the benefits of working alone The result is significantly lower than that obtained in teamwork. What was your worst working experience? Luckily I never had a bad work experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There are two kinds of people in this world: one finds away, one find excuses. What unique skills do you have? We are unique, so we have unique skills!Respect and understanding towards others.
