What fields have you worked in before? Hospitality/Restaurant Service. What qualifications do you hold? Restaurant Management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Without minimizing the importance of education I considered skills and experience more valuables as in practice things a more often way different then what you learn in theory. Describe the benefits of working with others By working together with others as a team, you can achieve more. Being able to hear different opinions and have discussions about it will enable the best ideas and options to come in place. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That no matter how much you know you still have a lot to learn. What unique skills do you have? 12 years of working for the largest cruise line in the world has given me the experience and knowledge that most of the Romanian citizens did not benefit from. Strong leadership, problem solving oriented. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A position in a company with future development opportunities where I can apply and successfully implement all my past experience and knowledge and at the same time benefit from new working environment and future challenges. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Being able to work with different customers and achieve highest customer satisfaction. Why would any company hire you? I have a great experience from working as a Manager in a big and successful cruise company in the Unites States and posses great English language knowledge and leadership skills.
