Diploma of plate fitter Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Without education is not possible to do anything. Describe the benefits of working with others Two brains is better than one. Some places needs a team with an team leader. Being a team is not possible to do anything wrong. Describe the benefits of working alone Is not strongly necessity to have a benefits of working alone, but in some places work in a team is not possible. What was your worst working experience? Because I have family, my worst working experience was in my country when for the same quantity of work I have received almost a tenth part from an normal salary. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be "ME" and to not copy personality of somebody else. What unique skills do you have? I can be a good team leader. In some places I've been team leader or foreman and my job was accomplished. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work on the farm in Norway together with my family. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Work in a team. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Some places are too dirty.
