What fields have you worked in before? Piping in oilfields or petrochemical projects. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Mechanical Engineering(Welding Engineer). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them. -Education provides theoretical knowledges; -Skills provide the good developing of work. Describe the benefits of working with others The team is very important because provides power,many good ideas,various posibilities to develop the work. Describe the benefits of working alone I am not a supporter of working alone.Working alone may reveals the personal ideas,tenaciousness,talents and deficiencies too. What was your worst working experience? In Kuwait I have worked not having a shelter with a writing table to handle the drawings and organise the work properly.No canteen in site and water supply very bad organised. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be honest,disciplinated,to learn from others,to try to do my job in the best way. What unique skills do you have? -Good knowledge of design documents,P&ID,Isometrics,General Layouts,Material Specifications,Application of QA/QC Regulations; -Good communication skills,sense of organisation,experience to work in team.
