I am loking for a job in Norway because I was working there for 2 years in a row and I also have all the necesary papers for working in Norway. I love the norwegian culture and people and their way of thinking about life What countries have you worked in? just Romania and Norway What countries do you have a visa to work in? well .. O own a europian passport so Iam prety sure I can work in amlost all EU countries What field do you currently work in? I am curently not working , but the all 10 years of my work experience have been in the transport and commerce areea, including Responsibilities as : driving, office jobs,handling and stacking merchandise in warehouse and storehouse What fields have you worked in before? i think that the answer from above pretty much covers this question too, thanks What qualifications do you hold? i have a driver license B, C+E and D category with 6 and half years of experience i own a mechanic diploma also but with no practical experience , only basic theoretical and practical experience Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? well..... We live in a world where the paper is everthyng . To have a diploma is the first important step you make in aplying for a job. Although I bealive that a practical test of your skulls is more benefit for a company than the paper. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits are many. First of all , working with people is a hard job, because people are so very unpredictable. Everybody is different from the other, so I think this is the firs benefit, learning about people s thinking and their different motivations and needs. But in what involves your job the benefit is..
