I believe that both of them are highly important, but skills dominate in a mordern world (in Russia it is). The worst working experience I had was the hotel where I had to work 24 hours a day as a bartender (1/2), it was too hard for me phisically and morally as well What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Don't be in an excessive hurry and than you'll be in time. What unique skills do you have? If i share an idea of my company I can work as hard as it needs with no food, no drinks just for satisfaction =) What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
