Formal education or skills and why? The total of education and experience Describe the benefits of working with others I always had my own business, so working with others will be new to me. But to execute your plans with others, you need to have good communication skills Describe the benefits of working alone Freedom and responsibility What was your worst working experience? Disrespect and dishonesty What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To believe in your own ideas, but not without good listning to your commissionair What unique skills do you have? Creativity, excellent drawing, precise, good feeling for plans that work. I am not an egotripper on my own plans, they must function for others, the customers What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Doing what I have always done, but in a more international way. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To create and execute your own plans in order to serve society and getting happy to see people enjoy of what you have created What are the least interesting aspects of your field? To communicate with the authorities Are you a worker from nine till five? No, definitely not. I never has been. Plans you make in the evening, in the night if necessary and in the weekends.
