I am looking to work in RWANDA becauce I have so many other responsibilities that I am in charge of. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in UGANDA AND RWANDA only. What countries do you have a visa to work in? It is only Rwanda. What field do you currently work in? I have been working in agricultural fields and telecommunication field. What fields have you worked in before? Before I have worked in a telecommunication company. But I have studied food science and technology. What qualifications do you hold? I have a bachelor degree of science in food science and technology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I do consider both of them because formal education gives knowlegde/ information of what to do. But skills is what you can be able to do. So, I can value skills more. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are as follows: 1. Sharing Ideas from those people you work with. 2. Gaining much experience that you have learnt from others. 3. You can achieve a big achievement with that networking of other people. 4. With others, you can reach far but alone you can be fast but you can not reach far. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can make some one fast. It can help some body to think deeper. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience of working is to work alone with out having an idea from some one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learnt throughout career is patience. I have learnt how to be patient even in the situation where it seems to be no way. What unique skills do you have? working with every body regardless whether he/she is rude or has any other character because I can know how to treat him or her. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would consider being a C.E.O of a certain organisation or company in my future plan. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Post harvest management, food security, IPM (Integrated Paste Management of agricultural raw materials) What are the least interesting aspects of your field? My least interesting aspects of my field is not there. This is to mean that I value everything in my field to the extent I need to learn even those which I had not learnt in order to make perfectly. What are your strengths? My strength are: I do not get angry easily, I can befriend easily and fast. I have also marketing skills gained when I was still working with TIGO telecommunication company.
