am looking for statistics related jobs, and finance jobs.

Ugandan

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

1. English - fluent.

2. luganda - fluent.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Rwanda,

because i believe that Rwanda is one of the most organized countries among the countries in east afria. i also like the people from rwanda and thier cultures.

What countries have you worked in?

Uganda

What field do you currently work in?

internet cafe services.

What fields have you worked in before?

1. economic planning.

2. internet services.

What qualifications do you hold?

bachelor's degree in economics and statistics.

kyambogo university, uganda.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills.

because with skills someone can easily set up his/her own bussiness with waiting to be employed which is the case with formal education.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1. you get the chance to share ideas with others and in that way you get to learn a lot of new things from them.

2. it helps improve your communicating skills/interpersonal skills.

3. there is division of tasks which makes work easier and faster.

Describe the benefits of working alone

1. you get to do everything your way and this helps reduce pressure in your work.

What was your worst working experience?

when i was working as at field officer collecting data on local councils in mukono district, uganda but i kept on not finding the LC chairpersons in their offices. its was really frustrating.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

time management, honesty, and willingness to learn is very important if one is to succeed in any career he/ she decides to take up.

What unique skills do you have?

computer skills (data entry and analysis skills, internet related skills), good communication skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

being a senior statistician for a very successful company.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

being able to come up with analytical conclusions that can be used in decision making, using raw data collected from the field.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

most people tend to ignore the statistical conclusions we come up with.
