Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit is that because none know everything, and none ignore all,so when people join together each one contribute its skills, power and knowledge for success, and again it facilitate work when we work as a team, this mean that what one person can do for two days, two person can do it within few minutes. My worst day was when i was working at The manor Hotel my direct manager harassed me so much, which led me to resign job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
