Rwanda because that's where am based.

Burundi and Uganda.

Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania

What field do you currently work in?

Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for the social protection sector.

What fields have you worked in before?

Project assistant for a verification company charged with monitoring the coffee supply chain from production to consumption.

What qualifications do you hold?

Bachelor's degree in Economics,option of Development studies.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills because you are hands-on and experience is gained,from conceptualisation to actual reality.

Not paid for the work that i had done under the ToR.
