English, Swahili and Sukuma fluently

General patients care (Surgical and Medical)

What fields have you worked in before?

Operating Theatre, Surgical Department, Medical, Gynaecology & Obstetric Paediatric and OPD department

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in General and Psychiatric (Nursing)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

To me Skills is the most valuable, I believe that it is not knowledge/education acquired, but application (skills) of knowledge/education acquired will shape the man.

Describe the benefits of working with others

I believe in Team Work, because working with others someone will gain experience by sharing what s/he has and gain from others what they have.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You can learn more theories when working alone.

What was your worst working experience?

Poor team work in the clinical areas.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

In medical field we depend on each other, no one can do everything alone (TEAM WORK).

What unique skills do you have?

Very good listener, team player, ready to assist at time, transparent, Very competent counsellor.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To take care and treat all those who are in needy, 1. Surgical care all with kind of emergencies 2. Medical care including counselling

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

All kind of emergencies. All patients who are in need of counselling.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Idle clinical areas whereby I can sit and do sedentary tasks
