Working with others as a team help to increase the volume of production i.e. taking advantage of economies of scale. Equally team members get an opportunity to learn more from each other since there is no person who knows it all. Working with others helps one to learn how to relate with each other alongside motivating each other. Team working Helps to cope with stress, when members in a team share with others challenges they face in life. It helps to understand others better in order to deliver in line with people's expectations to mention but a few.

The benefits of working alone include: Decision making is very fast and easy for it does not require consultations. I had low moments while working the youth vision international. I organised an event 'a marathon' dubbed as 'Masimba Run'. The police officers stormed and stopped the event due to post election violence that took place in Kenya in the year 2007. Our project area was calm but the officers could care listen though we had a permit that we had acquired before the chaos.

The little things and sacrifices that we do and make in implementing projects which later shape the life of the underprivileged in the society and even turn a nation to be self reliant.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Least interesting aspect of my field include government bureaucracy as we look for permit to do our projects when the government has failed to do the same even if the The NGO is registered in that country.
