Am interested in community work probably in an NGO,working with the Infected and affected People living with HIV/AIDS.To educate them on their condition,their medications and advice them on the kind of nutrition to take according to their economy.And the kind of lifestyle to lead.Help in Advocasy and peer counselling.

What field do you currently work in?
I am a staff nurse in King Faysal Hospital In Rwanda Kigali.King Faysal is the referal hospital and the best in Rwanda.I am a Neonatology nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit.
What fields have you worked in before?
I hav worked in different hospitals in Kenya as a ward nurse,midwife and theatre nurse and climbed to the level of an incharge.Ma greatest attribute is when i helped in starting THE HOPE CENTRE thats in Coptic Hospital in Kenya ( it is a faith based organization that offers ART to the community at no cost and monitors their progress.)Have also worked with the Nairobi womens Hospital in the Gender Violence Recovery Centre as a counsellor and care giver.And as a programme cordinator for Medical Care Development Inputs,a community based organization working with the People Living with Hiv/Aids.

I am a registered community health nurse.

Skills are good but in ma Field Formal Education is what gives you the know how on what skills you should appl so i feel formal education is more valuable

when u work with others you help each other making work less stressfull and so your able to finish faster.Your able to improve on your skills as you learn from each other and mistakes can be avoided.

when u work alone you make decision faster as no one opposses you,your able to cover a greater field faster and more carefully as your concetration is not distracted.
What was your worst working experience?
In Kenya in a gynae clinic.I was both the nurse,lab technician,pharmacist,secretary and messanger i was payed 200dollars a month and the pay would come on the 15th of the next month.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be patient,a good listener, hardworking and perservia.
What unique skills do you have?
Am jovial easy going and very calm even in a stressful environment.

Working in an esteemed organization well paying and with favourable terms.

To interact with people.Hear their experinces and share mine with them.
