When people are working together, they able to share with others what they know . This improves the knowledge of and skills especially of the less skilled workers 2. workload reduction- when working with others the workload and stress is reduced. People can work in shifts and relieve one another to go for meals 3. the patients also benefit because they can share their problems with different workers who may have different skills Describe the benefits of working alone One is able to organize his/her work with no opposition What was your worst working experience? When i introduced King Faisal Hospital nursing in neonatal unit after i had done lactation management. the unit manager refused. i managed to implement it two years later. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be a good listener. One can also learn from the juniors, a nurse should be evidence based. What unique skills do you have? In addition to my nursing skills/midwifery, i have done additional courses on a Lamaze instructor, pediatric nurse, and lactation management customer care course, advanced life support in obstetrics.
