What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

In Rwanda. Reason to explore my skills and learn more in my nursing proffession.

What countries have you worked in?

Kenya.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Can work in East African Countries.

What field do you currently work in?

As a Nurse in Maternity unity,Antenatal clinic and PMTC&ARVS Counselor

What fields have you worked in before?

As Nurse in different fields such as maternity unity;Antenatal clinic,Theater nurse, child well fare clinic,Consulting outpatients and PMTCT & ARVS Counselor.

What qualifications do you hold?

Am a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse and PMTCT & ARVS Counselor.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills acquired sharpen formal education and adds on experience enabling one to perform the tasks more better.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Team work encouranges better achievements of the goals through shareb vision.

Describe the benefits of working alone

It enables you to act faster in decision making and come up with solution of a certin problem.It saves time.

What was your worst working experience?

The worst moment was when there were three mothers in 2nd stage of labour while two more ones in labour waiting to be exammed while i was on nighty duty.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To be patient, Observant, Good listener,Team work is vital and to have passion in my career.

What unique skills do you have?

Quick thinker,Excellent Rapport with any persons and Easy to adjust to other activities.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To gain more skills and experience in different health fields and further my studies up to level of Chief Nursing Officer.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Networking with other Health sectors and learning more updates concerning health care in different fields.
