In Rwanda or any country of EAC, because there transport and communication with my family are easy.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are valuable. Skills are supporting the formal education. Formal education without skills is useless.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others, one develops one`s sociability and group working abilities. Also, one acquires knoledge from his mates.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Sometimes, working alone is recommended whenever you need concentration.

What was your worst working experience?

Working in educational sector as a school director, I once experienced an unrespectful treatment from the local administrators.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson I had is that whatever job you exercise without respect from your boss is nothing. The mutual respect and collaboration are essential at work.

What unique skills do you have?

Planning and administration management skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Public governance

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Senses of responsibility and patience.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Bad payment and luck of respect from other people.

What amount money do you prefer once you have a new job?

Whatever salary! Only, it must be reasonable and match with the cost of today`s life.
