Skills Because when you’re skilled you can simply make right decision and follow the instruction. for example I’ve been working for a big company since 2006 until now I’ve never writ any apologizing letter .since all people we stated together are all gone .

my colleague(a friend) lost the Job because she didn't apologize.

Hard working, patient, follow and follow through the instructions, avoid the mistakes and sensual apology when necessary.
