Am looking to work with experts in the biotechnology industry as a beginner as i advance my skills to be able to sit in international biotechnology forums What nationality are you? Am looking to work in Rwanda.This is because i admire the pace at which the country is rising up considering that it has been through a traumatizing experience and i would like to divert my expertise there and help in rebuilding this great nation What countries have you worked in? i havent worked in any,am a student in my final year of study What field do you currently work in? Biotechnology What fields have you worked in before? Immunology but this was in my internship,i was dealing with malaria in the highlands in Kenya.This is a University of Minnesota project being conducted in the Kenya Medical Research Institute here in Kenya What qualifications do you hold? Am still an undergraduate in my final year of study and will be done with my studies come April next year Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education.This forms the basis of understanding and the rest of the skills can easily be acquired and understood once this type of education is in place Describe the benefits of working with others You get to appreciate the diversity and culture the world has to offer by working with people from different countries and it also forms a working platform via which you can interact and share important aspects in the various fields Describe the benefits of working alone There is maximum concentration and being your own boss you can decide when to do what and set your own deadlines and targets which you work towards ensuring they are met.With minimum distraction,you are likely to work and produce more efficient results What was your worst working experience? not have at the moment What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Respect everyone no matter the position he or she holds What would you consider as your 'dream job'? That which would allow me work across nations and be geared in a research project that at the end of the day allows me to give back to the community and help the suffering.It doesnt matter the country where my research would help but the most important thing is for me to give back to the less fortunate in society What are the most interesting aspects of your field? That you are just not under any pressure.Science is all about experiments,that is research or study in something,collect results and see how best they can be of help to the people around.
