Formal education or skills and why? Skills are more valuable since it is a product of good acquired formal education or informal education(sometimes) .Skills are good tools in problem solving in any situation thus being important in all aspects of life. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work leads to excellent success with minimal mistakes that can be corrected.Every human being needs to work with others in order to have productive work since people have different talents and skills that are applicable in different situations for the success and sustainabilty of the programs and organisations.Therefore i call every human being to develop or enhance his/her level of team work abilities for the betterment of our future.Remember the future is as near as now and the past is always inferior to the present thus a need to work together to avoid repetition of past mistakes. Describe the benefits of working alone NO! No! To me ,There is no benefit of working alone.Working a lone will lead to disgrace,dishonest,poorworking relations,low self esteem ,self centred ,poor performance,intergrity crisis e.t.c......... What was your worst working experience? Very interesting question! Every human being has ever had worst experience since life is a journey of fortunes and misfortunes .I have passed through difficult time in quest to attain my educational qualifications so far i have due to coming from humble family stricken by poverty of the mind.It was hard for me to get money to go university/school but finally God answered my prayers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Determination and Teamwork leads to success in every aspect of life.You need to maintain your intergrity all the time by always walking the talk and talking the walk and sticking to the truth being the major principle in whatever you do.But if you want to be successful person,you should also learn and practice the spirit of forgiving and saying sorry to any body you harm.Make good use of the tongue since it is most poisonous in affecting lives of the people you live or work with. What unique skills do you have? Skills of meeting the targets and Problem solving with a view of creating win-win situations with out siding with either of the parties involved and making use of laid laws,rules,guidelines/procedures and pricinples of organisation/institution What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
