Formal education or skills and why? Skill is more valuable since it is practical. A skilled person will always be upto date with latest techonology and market trends. However, fromal education still has a role to play. Describe the benefits of working with others My experience especially that it has been multicultural has taught me to deal with different personalities. I have learned that every person is gifted differently and therefore there is always something to learn from them. I have learned to listen and consider other people's opinion Describe the benefits of working alone It is almost impossible to work alone. There is however the aspect of personal responsibility and self drive such that one works even without close supervision What was your worst working experience? When I was fresh from college and got a job in a new field, there was no one to orient me and yet my boss expected me to deliver from day one.
