I've worked only in St.Lucia What countries do you have a visa to work in? I don't have a visa to work in any country. What field do you currently work in? Presently I'm unemployed and I'm looking for a job that woud bring in revenue to further my education and the attain the basic necessities of life which includes; food, clothing, shelter What fields have you worked in before? I've worked as a Customer Service Representative/ Recoveries Representative at small lending institution. What qualifications do you hold? I presently have an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. Also I have general passes at a CXC level. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Actually I strongly believe that they both are as equally important because not every individual can afford an education so therefore with their skills they too can contribute to the development of society and they to can fit it. With an education one acquires the basic fundamentals to be a great supervisor, manager, not forgetting employer and the level of work needed is being presented on a professional level Describe the benefits of working with others I believe that the more persons work together , greater ideas are being formed, teamwork brings greater success, there's a sense of belonging and togetherness. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone are; time is being managed properly No distraction from lacadaisical members Hard work is always exicuted. What was your worst working experience? Haven't really had a bad experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I've learnt that no matter where you go there will always have people who want to hinder your success and progress! All you do is keep your head up and aim for the sky. With christ all things are possible. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would definitely be owning my own business to create job opportunities for the unemployed. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Customer satisfaction, satisfaction to myself because I'm getting to do what I love and the challenge faced to obtain it.
