I am Saint Lucian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I dont actually speak french fluently,but i know some basic things in that language since i was taught it at school. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? i would prefer the Administrative section, i believe that this is where i would be able to use my skills and qualifications consistently What fields have you worked in before? I have worked at the Ministry of Finance (Accountant Generals Dept.) I did filing, answering the telephone, and taking inventory for the various departments. I was also a cashier in the accounts department where my duties were to issue out cheques and cash payments to customers. What qualifications do you hold? i current have 7 CXCs,including English A - general 2, Mathematics - 3, office Administration -1, Social Studes - 3, Principles of Business - 3, French - 2 and Human and social Biology - 3. I have a pending degree in Office Administration(SALCC) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe that both are essential for the development of a business Describe the benefits of working with others working with others help establish a relationship between co-workers, it also helps work get done faster Describe the benefits of working alone working alone, helps one focus better What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was dealing with angry customers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Ive learnt that customers are always right, and no matter the circumstances or no matter how angry you are inside you have to smile and give them the best customer service you can. What unique skills do you have? Computer software applications: micosoft word, access, excel, powerpoint, and publisher I also have good interpersonal skills and can be a team player, i can do a little in shorthand What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
