What qualifications do you hold? 8 CXC's Mathematics, English, Information Technology, French, Social Studies, Biology, Office Administration, Principles of Business. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe that they work hand in hand . Having the academical knowledge along with the various skills is an asset in understanding the business world and be able to work efficiently with the appropriate background knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others It allows a great sense of communication and interaction with human beings and enables a better collaboration and development of ideas to build each other positively to get things done effectively. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone fosters an avenue for independence and allows one to think for themselves to make decision which may be beneficial to their job or company. It also allows person to learn from their own mistakes so they may be able to better themselves. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was encountering an angry customer for the very first time . Through this experience I am now able to be able to handle the pressure of angry customers and provide a sense of assurance that i will handle the situation in the best suitable way. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Through my career I've learnt that in every situation must be patient and try to put my best foot forward in order to make my customer happy in order to maintain customer loyalty.
