I have a certificate in Assistant Teaching,a certificate in Teacher Empowerment and a certificate in Secretarial duties. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them are valuable.As for me i will say formal education because individuals take formal education more seriously, and in the end there is something to learn. Describe the benefits of working with others You can learn a lot form each other, share ideas and views about things that is not understood clearly. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone means that you can work at your own pace,you are relax and there is no distractions in other words the work is smoothly done. What was your worst working experience? Having to deal with disrespectful customers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learn that it is always important to ask questions when you don't understand a situation, before things get out of hand. What unique skills do you have? Leadership skills, communication skills, and computer skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would definitely to become a teacher. I would love to spend quality time helping that one child who has the ability to learn.
