Both are equally important as far as Agriculture is considered.Nowdays Agriculture is facing enormous challenges to balance the food production per capita because of increasing population of the world so to combat with these challenges both education and skills are equally important. Describe the benefits of working with others Agriculture is a profession which can not be performed single handed so therefore cordial relationship between the crew members is very important and necessary.The most important benefit working with different people in different climate and atmosphere is the developing of different ideas and skills regarding your profession because these days people demand new things and one must be tank full of ideas to gain the market. Describe the benefits of working alone I said Agriculture is not the job performed lonely..however there is one benefit working alone is freedom of applying your ideas at the field without having fare of failure. What was your worst working experience? negative approach of people working with me.doesnt allow things to improve when there is 80% chance of improving them,people scared of failures.But failures are stepping stones of success.
