I have experience in carrying out field demonstration programmes on various agronomical crops; I have supervised and managed various on-farm trials of various agronomic crops, fodder crops, vegetables, saffron etc. to check out various production traits;I have organized various technical workshops/ farmers training camps to provide technical know-how;I have monitored application of different chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides on agronimical crops;I have worked out crop systematic for drought hit areas.I have supervised and managed different soil conservation works like construction of check-dams, and water harvesting tanks to conserve rain water for irrigation purposes and construction of retaining/ protection bunds for soil erosion control.I have a deep understanding and effective management of the job; and great planning skills with extraordinary goal getting ability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
