if we r taking about the food ,we should have both education as well as skill .education is for the understand of chemisty/Matrix of the food which is important for the product development and skill is for the good quality of the product.

when we work with the people which r of different nature and wewill gent the ideas behind the mind of peoples head.

some times it is fruitfull but in the long run it wl create some problems mostly in our section
