Honorable Sir,

I have successfully completed degree course in Automobile Engineering from College of Hi-Tech Engineering in 2006. During study period I have completed project on “Working of electric cars” in degree course.

Now I am working in JMD Auto India Pvt. Ltd – SKODA auto service station as a technician, from 01/09/07 to till now.

I Have worked in Gems Motors, TATA MOTORS authorized service station, for LCV.

In my training period I have completed Tata motors training program in

1. Project Kaushal level 1 Training

2. CRM & DMS Training (SIEBEL 7.8)

(Training For Service Advisor, Dealer Parts Manager, Cashier, Claim Manager, and Works Manager)

3. Super Service Advisor

I was working as :-

1.Service advisor :- Record customer details, customer complain, creating Job Card, give delivery time , labor charges and spare parts estimate for completing customer complain job. Guide mechanic to solve customer complain in easy and better way.

2. Spare Parts Manager :- Issue parts against Job Card, Counter sale, Purchase spare parts both from Tata motors and Vendors and Purchase lubricant, Receive parts and lubricant & check according to challan and invoice.

3. Claim Manager :- Free Service Bill claims and Warranty claims to Tata motors.

4. Cashier :- Creating invoice, Receive payment and settlement payment

5. Mechanic:- Rectify customer complain in proper technique.

6. Office Assistant: - Receive and reply e-mail, service reminder to customer, collecting customer information from internet and Tata CRM & DMS, ……
