B.Com from Punjab University Masters in Computer Science from a private college. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? First education and then skill. Skill without education is like moon but alongwith education it is like sun. Moon is always depends for light on some one else but Sun give light to others and they all are dependent of Sun even for their survival. Describe the benefits of working with others To work with others is always pleasent. We get a lot of knowledge while working with others. Many of our skills got polished while working with others. It helps in building up a team rather a winning team which plays key roll in development of any organization. Describe the benefits of working alone I think working alone is beneficial only when you are sole owner of a business. In the status of an employee to work with the others is always beneficial for self and the organization. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is an incident that I can never forgot. It a long detail but the simple is that in the year 1999 when I was in The Bank of Punjab and my seniors forced me to pass a loan against fake secuerty (property) but I refused that and under their immance pressure to pass that loan I decided its better to resign from this job than to do a wrong deed, but by the grace of ALL MIGHTY ALLAH this tough time passed with leaving any damage on my part. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Honesty, hardworking, dedication, positive approach and then self confidence is the key to self satisfaction and success. What unique skills do you have? First Trust and Confidence in GOD and then in myself, and a strong believer of " A MAN CAN DO WHAT A MAN HAS DONE" What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Where I have no objections in my work it is complete and excellent in sll respects. On the other side I have no worry about all my expenses regarding my house my children education etc. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I am a banker and its a field of honest people. As a humor in Pakistan there is always a rumour of salary rise and when it get stronger there comes a threat that management is planning to reduce their staff strength. Then at the end every one says there is no need of salary rise but the job should continue. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
