Work with honsety, zeal & fervor and definitely look into details in order to take better decisions. In addition one word which has no substitute "Hard Work". No matter what it will pay you back

It has two aspects if you are in the fron office then you have less technical skills and if you are working in the back office then you have less interpersonal skills as the leter does not require public reltioning
