Pakistan What countries do you have a visa to work in? i havn't tried for Job for out of country before this. i am also working in Private bank which was known as Saudi Pak Bank & now it has appeared with the name of Silkbank Limited, i am working in bank for last three years. What field do you currently work in? Marketing is my specialize field but i am also engaged in opertional activties as i am Relationship Manager in Silkbank Limited to manage the markete and opertion activities. Formal education or skills and why? i prefer Formal education because it helps to get Job and education also help us to manage our life positively, educated person also have value & respect in society,it help us to manage our financial as well social issues. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking.when we work with other we can help one another, we can share ideas and thinkings regarding any issue, we can manage any difficult task given to us,One of the main advantages of working with others is that you can benefit from the skills of others that you may not have yourself, and share your own skills. Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self".working alone means being independent and trying to be number 1 but of course working alone also needs a cleverness because you can't be number 1 without working so hard working alone might teachs you the right way of how to take your decisions alone without the others help that could be a part of your mind of making the things ok and by developing yourself alone.
