Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills is more valuable with certain parallel theoritical fundamentals. Since it helps both the employers and the employee. An employer needs a skilled person and and employeed can perform better at the work place if he/she is skilled.
Describe the benefits of working with others
we learn the qualities of team work, partitioning of work,coordination and much more. We learn the relationship of a boss and the subordinate. It also produces better quality products since the flaws which are hiding from one eye may be caught by several others.

Sometimes working alone may help us in concentrating on a job.
What was your worst working experience?
Till now i can't rate any working place as worst but still there were few problems but it was handled by me tactfully.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Be cordial, disciplined, patient and dedication towards your work. The last but not the least I can't forget to pay regards and honour to my seniors and boss.

self motivation, steel will power and confident. One thing where I overdo others is my diplomatic attitude by which i earn the love of seniors and respect of juniors.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
working with my full power and to help my organisation to become top in this competitive world and get the love and respect of my organisation. Ofcourse I can't deny that money is also important.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
self motivation and never quiting attitude. When the feeling come to quit a certain task I just give it a try once more
