Basically iam an MBA Finance and my aim is to work in an organisation where i can get good knowledge and whatever the things i know should be utilising to get the organisation Financially strong position by implmenting new ideas and following systematical procedures to be perfect in the work whatever we do.

In my view Formal Education and skills are required simulatneously in every field i.e Accountancy,Finance Controller or Engineers or Doctors where you require a degree and also the Practicals i.e skills to justify the job at its best level.

Colleagues are the ones from whom we can learn new ideas and also management skills to handle the person who are cunning or wicked in nature.Team work can do miracles for example if you have asingle stick you can break that one easily but you have a bunch of sticks its very difficult to break them.

Woring alone is something like vehicle without a Driver i.e i dont any benefits of working alone.
What was your worst working experience?
When there was no funds in our organisation bcz of recession as everyone getting terminated i think this is the workst working in my life bcz i also lost the job. presently looking for a job.

Be patient and help the needy persons to make happy for just a movement

Financial Controller or Manager Finance in good reputed companies lik Oil and Gas Industries etc.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
As i am from Finance backgroun companies or organisation are dependent on the finance people to make decision for investments in the projects or any new things they want to introduce which is useful to them.
