JOB / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:- • Served on various platforms of Pakistan Navy as Government Officer. Some of responsibilities undertaken during 23 yrs of service are delineated in the ensuing paras:- General Manager HRM:- Manage Human Resource functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, performance management, policy management, employee recognition, employee union relations and legal issues. Facilitate organizational development and change management including training, organization redesign, strategic planning in line with the changed dynamic. Be a part of Management Committee. Also be responsible for the over all Administration and Security of the men under Command at various units. Additional Director / Col Staff (BS-19):- Served as Col Staff / Additional Director (Staff) at NAB Balochistan. The same entails exercising overall authority of all the activities of the organization and ensuring smooth functioning in line with policies and instructions in vogue. Ensuring judicious use of all resources including vital Human Resource. Misc Responsibilities. Security Officer, Fire Fighting and Safety Officer, Supply and Logistic Officer onboard Submarines, Junior Officers Training Officer (JOTO) as a Trainer, Midget/ Submarine Advisor to SSG Unit PNS IQBAL. ACHIEVEMENTS:- • Spent extensive long spells onboard Submarines and conducted operations with National and International Navies. Has the honour of qualifying Fire Control Coordinator Course (2nd in Command of Submarine) from Turkey. • In recognition of outstanding performance, following were awarded during the tenure at National Accountability Bureau (Balochistan):- Prime Minster of Pakistan has conferred the undersigned with ‘Certificate of Merit’ in a ceremony held at Islamabad on 09 Dec 06 on occasion of celebrating world anti corruption day. Commendation Card by Major General Salim Nawaz than DG NAB (Balochistan) on 15 Sep 2006 on an outstanding conduct of Seminar. • Has the experience of arranging and conducting Submarine Command course for Chinese Submarines Commanding officers in 2003 at Submarine Training Centre at Karachi. • Managed the Admin, Educational and H.R. Affairs of Allied Naval Officers and under training officers of Pakistan Navy. STRENGTHS:- • I had been working in a very congenial environment for over 3 x years at NAB Balochistan as Additional Director / Col Staff and the focus of my working remained in amicably and efficiently coordinating all the events and operations of NAB Balochistan. Moreover, the interaction and dealing / negotiating with all stakeholders involved in financial irregularities were well looked after for amicably settling the issues. Corporate Financing has also been augmented throughout my tenure of over 3 years at NAB Balochistan.
