I think that we must get formal education at least basic level. and then we should have any powerful skill in any field. why I just want to say that Skill is better that formal education but after getting basic qualification.

When we work together we can get... 1: Relationship. 2: Friendly & Closely environment. 3: Confidence on our abilities/ Skills. 4: Can get more knowledge with others 5: Can get unknown Skills. 6: can get idea for completing work. 7: cat highlight mistakes to each other. 8: We can not complete any project alone easily but when we work with others then can complete any task easy and early.

When we work alone then... 1: we complete any small task with fully attention 2: we can not have any disturbance. 3: No Body can make hindrance in our work.
What was your worst working experience?
once a time I try to complete the house wiring in my home. I finished my this work at about 17 days then I got it checked from an Electrician. I don not bother to explain here that after checking the wiring I cam to know that What a blunder I have done.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I used to say that we should more and more skills. In this consequence now I get knowledge/skill about 1: Computer Graphics Designer (DIT, e-Com, Graphics Diploma etc) 2: Computer Hardware (D.C.H.E.) 3: Electrician (Induction Technical Training T-50, T-100) 4: IELTS 5: Journalism 5: Paramedical Diploma (Dispenser) But........Now I have learnt that we should get any one skill in which we want to work in our entire life and don not wast time
