Degree in Radiolgic Technolgy. Licensed with; American Registry of Radiolgic Technoligists (ARRT). Member of American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Licensed with National Association of Realtors.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Education is obviously very valuable and important, but in my opinion, nothing can compare to actually hands on training. The more experience you gain in any skill, the more productive you will be.

You get the opportunity to shine. Do it your way, and take sole responsibility.
What was your worst working experience?
My first supervisory postion; I felt like a babysitter. Had to learn how to adjust to peoples needs.

Take the extra step to help your co-workers, as it will reflect on you in the end.

I'm not sure if this is unique, but I take pride in my work.
