Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education is obviously very valuable and important, but in my opinion, nothing can compare to actually hands on training. The more experience you gain in any skill, the more productive you will be. Describe the benefits of working with others If done correctly, it should make the job more effecient. My first supervisory postion; I felt like a babysitter. Had to learn how to adjust to peoples needs. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
