Formal education or skills and why? fomal education when you have knowledge and an educational background you can always pick ip on skills. What was your worst working experience? working in a infants in peadiatric ward. the infnts were very young and very oorly and at times i felt helpless even though i knew the right care was being provided. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? treat everyone the same nomatter of their diasability or illnrss. to understand what it is to give care to those who need it most. i have worked with different age groups met most disabilities and challeging behaviours and having to cope and understand on how to deal with the nature of my job. What unique skills do you have? i am a good listeaner hence most people are very open to me and seem to be able to assist and provide the righrt answears at the right time. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to start a charity organisation for ophanage in zimbabwe for children who lost parents to HIV and AIDS What are the most interesting aspects of your field? understaning each clints disability, learning new language, craeting a atmosphere that can make all service users meet their needs.
