Formal education or skills and why? fomal education when you have knowledge and an educational background you can always pick ip on skills. What was your worst working experience? working in a infants in peadiatric ward. the infnts were very young and very oorly and at times i felt helpless even though i knew the right care was being provided. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? treat everyone the same nomatter of their diasability or illnrss. to understand what it is to give care to those who need it most. i have worked with different age groups met most disabilities and challeging behaviours and having to cope and understand on how to deal with the nature of my job.
