Describe the benefits of working with others
I believe a resourceful employee with creative abilities and positive attitude is an asset for the organization in which he is a mebmer. In business everybody contributes! We can not asses an employee unless and until he is given an opportunity to grow. In fact, I believe employees are the best asset to the company. A leader is only a facilitator who will show the ideal doors to open for others. It is for them to open the doors and venture. Some times we might be able to the keys to those doors, if you have one in the hand. The name of that key is experience.

Ya, good question! ... We understand the limits of our abilities when we start doing the most impossible..
What unique skills do you have?
I think a lot..mostly on the issues when I encounter in my daily routine..I carry those thoughts till I sleep..sometimes solutions come to my mind... just like that. Some of them I put them into practice..often it is difficult to make others understood..and therefore I work harder to make them understood..some times I am lucky..some times not. Basically I am mostly inclined to be an technocrat, rather than a Big boss. I like to solve problems..Really, I find many in my company..Cost and efficiency are important to me. I work with loy of details..measuring everything is my hobby..accuracy of results is a weekness for me. To automate everything I see is a pleasure for me..I often wonder why others do not thnk the way I think. Though I am a Mehanical Engineer, my inclination is on Control system and automation..I hate holidays..M.S Excel is my daily office tool..with which I make many reports..
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Now a days I thnk only about power plants..A big power plant but clean enviroment..with lots of control syste equipments..running all generators at rated capacities..and maximum thermal efficiency..with online performance indicators displayed every where..without any alrm signals..no ground faults..no tripping..the turbines running smoothly..with automatic change overs..controlling the frequency and voltages by themselves..without much operator intervention..I hate load shedding devices..stoing the machine at right time, and putting them back into services..often checking their performance ratios..how much fuel they consume..AND at last to be the man behind and before the entire operations of this plant.
