I consider both formal education and skills more valuable but i tink that it is the experience which gives you the skills to deliver and therefor skill is more valuable than formal education because in the field you require skills more.

What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was at DIKhan where i was not allowed to operate surgeries in the hospital free of cost by my seniors and whenever i attempted to do so they made lot of hurdles for me.

Respect the humanity is the most important lesson i have ever learned throughout my career.

Helping poor and needy people when they are in pain is the most interesting aspect of my field.
