Formal education or skills and why? both are needed because to be a good dentist,we should have more theories generally and also practically in clinic or during attending to patients we need our good skill as well. Describe the benefits of working with others we able to exchange our knowledge with others and learn or expand something can upgrade of ourselves.working in teams can bring more benefits to enhance or enrich our job too. Describe the benefits of working alone not much benefits,i can say if we are our own boss,we can get more money,no need to share with others.or maybe not much stress if working alone. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience was if my job could not make my patients satisfying with or they did not happy with my job.so far so good,there was no serious ones.
