„` Looking after following related matter of the Supply Chain Deptt.
1. Procurement (Local & Imports)
2. Exports & Shipments

4. Warehouses (Finished, Raw, Packing & Promotional Materials)

„` Major responsibilities are Availability of all Materials as per requirement of Marketing and Sales.
„` Smooth Production Planning on the basis of Capacity, Available Materials with consideration of prompt Shipments.
„` Inventory Days Working for all materials Raw, Packing, Promo and Finished Goods.
„` Manage production for related to Exports and over Seas Logistics with all concern countries i.e. Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Khyrgstan, Srilanka and others countries which in phase of Registration.
„` Manage Procurement of all Materials considering cost saving and better quality.
„` Manage all Inventory issues and Warehousing tasks as currently no Warehouse Manager exist in the company.
„` Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to perform all task related to Distribution of Finished Goods to Local Market and Shipments for Export.
„` Implementing GMP Rules & Regulation and making new procedures as per Standard Practice in Pharma. Industry.
„` Design and making new Reports for accurate and timely information for all concern Deptt.
1) Materials & Production Planning:
„` Responsible for Planning the Procurement of all Local and Imported materials (Raw & Packaging), with the co-ordination of procurement department.
„` Preparing Materials Budgets on Quarterly / Annually basis.
„` Monitoring the cost control while preparing these budgets and forwarding the same to the higher management.
„` Reviewing Inventory Records (Finished Goods, Raw & Packing) on monthly basis and comparing with the forecast of sales for the next 12 months by generating MPS/MRP reports.
„` Preparing all computations for Economic Order Quantity, Safety stock, minimum/maximum Level of the inventories with targeted Inventory Days.
„` Preparing monthly Production Plan of Finish products according to Sales Requirements & Export Orders in view of production capacities by curtailing undue overtime.
„` Supervision of Weekly Production Plan and issuance of Manufacturing Packaging Orders on daily basis.
„` On the basis of Monthly / Weekly Plan reviewing Materials Shortages for smooth Production.
„` Maintaining, Keeping and Recording of all Inventory Transactions such as
- Inventory Write-Offs / Write-Backs.
- Material Transfers with in the city and outstation.
„` Prepared Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) pertaining to planning Department.
„` Responsible to look after below mentioned matter with related Department.
„` Sales and Distribution Department
- Production and Shop Floor Control Department
- Quality Control Department
- Materials Management Department and others..
„` Monitoring, Review and Editing of all material transactions recorded in Inventory Management System such as :
- Receiving of Materials against Purchase Orders
- Issuance of Materials against Work Orders
- Work Order Completion
- Finish Goods Completion of Toll Manufacturers and
- Others
„` Responsible to monitor setup pertaining to :
- Bill Of Materials (B.O.M.) and Routings
- Work Orders Header and Detail Area.
- Purchasing Module for Local as well as Imports
„` Responsible to monitor System Report for department such as :
- Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Monthly / Yearly Materials Receiving
- Monthly / Yearly Materials Consumption
- Monthly Purchase Orders / Requisitions Status
- Raw / Packing / Finish Goods Inventory
- A.B.C. Classification of the Materials and
- Any Report as and when required by the top level management
