Why do people always see to have experiance in their country despite of seeing skills?
NOTE : I do agree I’m a fresher in this Saudi world, but I’m not fresher in my professionalism, I do have the experience of 10 years to this related field. I am a fast learner in new environments & I do like to face crunch situations which really challenges me b’coz I do have the ability to ferry over all the hurdles & win over it. Sometimes I don’t understand why the people hesitate to appoint a fresher why don’t they see the skills & talent of an individual. Does it mean any person who do have the experience of Saudi regardless skills & talent, is he get appointed everywhere? Every experience persons of today’s were the fresher of their early days, Someone-somewhere the people given the first chance to them & they bag the results.
