Progress is depend on a team work. I could see similarities to my previous position where there were some assignments that required a great deal of independent work and research and others where the team effort was most then some effective.so I think working with others will come challanging sprit.

What was your worst working experience?
According to my construction and realestate carriers I faced some times very crusial period. for example I was liasing with some venders to supply the materials and they never demand for payment against that due to my personal trust with them.That time was worst finincial position continued with my company and the work cant progress.I mannaged that situation and paid a long time back.

If u do well then be well.
