Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operations and maintenance of 28 OLT’s and 375 ONU’s (ZXA-10) located in Lahore.

• Configuration of DSL and Port Up gradation.

• Provisional Acceptance Testing of OLT’s & ONU’s

• Configuration of NEs as per requirements.

• Leased line LD IPLCs, DPLCs installation (V.35, X.24, X.25 G703, ATM, Ethernet over IP) and maintenance.

• Looking after the configuration of Layer II, Layer III transmission switches/routers.

• Scheduling and coordinating various maintenance tasks (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) to ensure smooth and rapid recovery of ONU’s.

• Coordination with different departments of PTCL for ensuring loading of new ONU’s
