I consider both are necessary for the latest technologies. Formal education and skills. To meet the challenges we must work hard in the field which ever we work. (God helps those who help themselves ). Try for the best and best.
Describe the benefits of working with others
While working with others it is very necessary that we should work as a team. Try to complete the assigned task in the time limit and according to the specifications, procedures should be adopted properly, testing of systems should be assigned to skilled personal.If they need any support technical/ maintenance or physical we should cooperate with each other.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Some times we are assigned for a task which need not any supoort or assistance. we have to follow the rules and regulations, technical procedures in the specified manuals, consult with seniors for technical support either telephonic or email etc.
What was your worst working experience?
While working in field area for the installation of Antennas for AN/GRC 171 in the desert area which was far away from the city. While digging the sand in summer season without food and beverages with us.Because we have to travel at least 60 Kilo meters.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I have learnt that try to work as a team with other workers and don't think that you are superior than others. Take the suggestions of your colleagues to keep in mind all the technical problems you would face in assigned task. Before starting any work complete your home work.
