Formal education or skills and why? Both of them are valuable. Formal education alone does not replace the experiance. One cannot gain experience without formal education. Mobbing What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Tolerance What unique skills do you have? Years of working with MS-Windows (including Windows CE), communication via TCP, mathematical and physical experience, non-linear optimization and lots of other things. I can explain my ideas plainly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? There is nothing like a dream job. All may be interesting and have boring aspects as well. I'm dreaming a bit to set up a school for programmers to pass on all my experience. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
