CHEF DE PARTIE IN FINE DINNING RESTAURANT OF A 5 STAR HOTEL.

IN CHARGE OF COLD KITCHEN AND CAME TO RUN THE FINE DINNING AFTER A YEAR SERVING THE GARDE MANGER O FTHE MAIN KITCHEN. WORKING IN THE HOT SECTION AND PASTRY SECTION IN UK. WORK FOR BREAKFAST IN MAURITIUS AND UK AS WELL.

What qualifications do you hold?

NVQ LEVEL 2 CITY & GUILDS.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

BOTH, CAUSE NOWADAYS BOTH REQUIRED IN THE FIELD. WHETHER YOU BEHIND THE STOVE OR IN THE CHEF OFFICE.

Describe the benefits of working with others

SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, ENHANCE STRENGTH AND IDENTIFY MISTAKES. WORK LIKE A TEAM, ALWAYS UNITED WITH WORK COLLEGES, GAIN EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOP OUR SKILLS BETTER, TRY TO REACH A HIGHER TARGET WITH DIFFERENT VISION.

Describe the benefits of working alone

KNOW THE MISTAKES MYSELF WITHOUT THE ATTENTION OF OTHERS, AND TURN OUT SKILLFUL IN THE JOB DOING ALONE AND KNOWS HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PREPARE.

PLATING, ORGANIZING A BETTER ATMOSPHERE IN THE KITCHEN, SETTING UP TH WAYS OF WORK AND THE WORK CHARTS. HELPING OTHERS IN ANY FIELD OF THE KITCHEN.

TURNING A VERY TALENTED AND RESPECTFUL SOUS CHEF EXECUTIVE ONE DAY AND RUNNING A FINE DINNING KITCHEN, PUSHING TARGET TO 1 STAR MICHELIN.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

THE HARDER YOU PUSH IN THE CULINARY WORLD THE MORE YOU ROCK LIKE A STAR.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I REALLY HATE DISCUSSING FOR NOTHINGS AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS.

WHY I WANT THIS JOB?

I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER AS WHEN I JOINED THE KITCHEN THE VERY FIRST TIME OF MY LIFE I TAKE THE OATH THAT I WILL PROVE IT TO MYSELF BECOME A VERY GOOD CHEF RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL KITCHEN AND A GREAT BRIGADE. I WANT TO PROVE THAT THERE ARE STILL COMPETITION IN THE KITCHEN EVERY SINGLE DAY.
