Both the education is very important..because one alone will not bring the success and combination of both is beyond the imagination.

It has being well proved that the team work brings the success than work alone. It avoid goal incongruousness which lead to sub optimization and help to achieve the organization strategic objectives.

I don't see hardly any benefit.
What was your worst working experience?
Managing the working capital of a company, when the economy in a bad shape, yet it is very challenging, but gave lot of experience to my career.

Never put off today work for tomorrow.

Ability to work under any stress. Ability handle large number of employees. Technically very sound.

Eventually join to general management in a multinational Company.
